Valetfy is a wallet for getting paid. You create a QR code for a charge, a tip, or a product; anyone can scan it to open a public web terminal, pay you, and the money goes to your account — no app or login required for them. Need a hand? Creating QR codes
- Tips: Generate a tip QR and display or share it. Customers scan it, choose an amount, and pay.
- Charges: Create a charge for a specific amount; the QR opens a terminal where the customer pays it.
- Products: Add products with a price, then share the product QR. Customers browse, add to a cart, and check out.
Getting paid
Payments are processed securely through Stripe and settle into your connected account. To receive money you'll need to finish Stripe onboarding (bank details and identity verification) from your profile. Your balance, payments, and payouts are visible in the app.
Messages & receipts
After a successful payment, a confirmation is shown on the terminal and a message or receipt can be sent. Message and data rates may apply for any texts. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts, START to resubscribe, or HELP for help.
Refunds & disputes
Refunds are issued by you, the operator who received the payment, through Stripe. If you're a customer who paid and need a refund, contact the business you paid. We can help point you in the right direction — email bear@valetfy.com.
Accounts, staff & access
Owners can invite staff and assign roles. Keep your access codes and links private, and only share QR codes you intend customers to pay. Trouble signing in or with an invite? Email bear@valetfy.com and we'll sort it out.
Privacy & your data
We collect the minimum needed to run payments and tipping, and we don't sell your personal information. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email bear@valetfy.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.
